About IGP

The 2-year graduate programme in China will give you a broad range of invaluable skills and experiences as you work your way across different business areas and countries. The programme has been designed to develop the next generation of business leaders and give you the opportunity to make a difference to the millions of people who rely on our products. 

During the 2-year programme you will undertake three challenging and exciting rotations of 8-months duration for each,. Two of them in your home country China and one international rotation .

The programme provides you:

l  3 rotations in different geographical locations and different parts of the organization

l  Extensive training and a steep learning curve

l  Cross-functional projects

l  International orientation & exposure

l  2023.1.2-2023.1.13 First Interview

l  2023.2.2-2023.2.3 Global Assessment Center

l  2023.2.9-2023.2.28 Final interview & Offer

General Requirements

l  A master Degree from 2022 or 2023 in a relevant field and above average academic achievements

l  International experience including studying a full semester abroad, internship or volunteering abroad

l  International mind-set and ability to adapt quickly to change

l  Team-player, excellent communication skills, high drive and an eagerness to learn

l  Globally mobile and professional fluency in English
