Job Description

1. Proactively sourcing candidates utilizing different methods (e.g. market mapping, social networking, referrals, job boards, business intelligence) in a high-performance manner

2. Develop logical sourcing strategies for each role recruited

3. Update the JKI system (our database) so that it accurately reflects the status of all selection activity

4. Screen candidates CVs against position criteria, interview candidates on the phone to determine suitability and obtain required information

5. Develop an acute awareness of the client's business and their recruitment needs

6. Develop and grow your pools of great people

Requirements

1. University Degree and above

2. Good Written and Oral English

3. Excellent Communication Skills, with a Good Phone Manner

4. Positive Learning Attitude

5. Time Management Skills

6. Multi-Tasking Abilities
